At Shree Kripa, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We strive to deliver authentic spiritual and pooja products with the best quality and care. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in the package
  • Defective product received

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Opened pooja items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Spiritual products used for rituals/pooja
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank account provided by the customer

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Shree Kripa.
